Return & Exchange Policy

* Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that the product:
    * Is in its original condition.
    * Has not been used or opened.
    * Is returned in its original packaging with all included items.
* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Policy

* Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval by our customer service team.
* Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

* Products that have been opened or used.
* Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
* Sale items, promotional items, or special orders, unless they are defective.
